How we got here
Three services, added in the order clients kept asking for them.
We started as an accounting practice. Tax returns, BAS, bookkeeping — the ordinary work that every business needs and most owners would rather not think about.
The lending arm came from watching the same thing happen repeatedly. A client would ask whether they could afford to buy premises, or refinance, or fund a truck. We would prepare financials for a broker who did not know the business, who would submit to a lender whose policy did not suit the structure, and the answer would come back as no. So we became brokers, and the answer started coming back as yes more often — because the person writing the application had already read the accounts.
The AI work came from our own practice. We spent two years rebuilding how we do compliance — agents that review a whole ledger for exceptions, extract data from supplier documents, and draft the commentary on monthly reports. It changed what our team spends its week on. Clients noticed, asked whether we could do the same for them, and eventually enough of them asked that it became a service.
We are still small on purpose. You deal with the person doing your work, and they know your file without reading it back from the beginning.

We tell you when the answer is no
If a structure costs more than it saves, if an SMSF is not worth it at your balance, if there is nothing in your business worth automating — you will hear it. Losing a fee is cheaper than building something that has to be unwound.
Fixed fees, agreed first
Compliance work is quoted before it starts. You should never open an invoice and be surprised.
Deadlines are ours, not yours
Every job sits in a scheduled system with an owner and a due date earlier than the statutory one. Chasing your accountant should not be a task on your list.
Plain English, every time
You should be able to explain your own tax position to your partner. If you cannot, we have not finished explaining it.
We use what we recommend
The AI tooling we deploy for clients runs in our own practice first. We have already found the failure modes, on our own files.
No lock-in
Your data, your file, your builds — documented and portable. Clients should stay because leaving would be a loss, not because it would be difficult.
